However, due to the nature of our services and the allocation of resources involved, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy:
For all digital marketing projects and services, we require an advance payment before commencing any work. This advance payment serves as a commitment to secure the resources and expertise of our team for your project.
Once the advance payment is made for your digital marketing project, it becomes non-refundable. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, DigitalAsia.in does not provide refunds for the advance payment.
If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. The cancellation request will be processed, but please note that the advance payment will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule your project or delay the start date, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, the advance payment remains non-refundable even in the case of rescheduling.
If any portion of the project has been completed before the cancellation request is received, DigitalAsia.in reserves the right to retain the advance payment to cover the cost of the work completed.
In the event that you decide to change the scope of your digital marketing project after making the advance payment, the amount paid will not be refunded. We will, however, work with you to adjust the scope and timeline of the project, subject to additional charges if applicable.
In rare and exceptional circumstances where DigitalAsia.in fails to deliver the agreed-upon services, a refund or credit may be issued at the discretion of the management. Such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The advance payment made for a specific project is non-transferable to any other projects or services offered by DigitalAsia.in.
Please carefully review and understand this cancellation and refund policy before making an advance payment for any digital marketing services. By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
In case of discontinuation of services, a domain transfer fee of ₹2,000 will be applicable to transfer your domain to another provider.
If the customer requests the source code, an additional fee of ₹5,000 will be charged for providing the source code to the customer.
